Gate of the Dead is made and operated by Unbeaten Studios Pty Ltd (ACN 703 123 853, ABN 81 703 123 853). By playing Gate of the Dead you agree to these terms.
Playing fair
Don't cheat, automate play, or interfere with the game or any leaderboard. We may remove scores that break this rule.
Bolts and power-ups
Bolts, power-ups, upgrades and other in-game items have no real-world value. They can't be exchanged for money or moved between devices. On the website nothing is for sale.
Your progress
Progress is kept in your browser. If you clear your browser data or change device, it may be lost.
Changes and availability
We may update the game or these terms. We try to keep the game running, but can't promise it will always be available.
